Management Interview - How do you handle conflict between team members

 There are always two sides to every story, which is why it’s so important to me to remain as neutral and open-minded as possible whenever I hear of conflict between teammates.

I had no such occurrence of a serious conflict incident between my team members. Still, if anything as such happens, I know I have to be ready to deal with the matter one way or another. So, I think for me the most reasonable way to handle conflict between team members would be to sit with each member individually and talk openly, listening carefully and focussing on behaviors and events. This way, I can identify points of disagreement, prioritize the areas, develop a plan to work on each. By following the plan, and making sure of taking action I would try to resolve the issue.
