Since I have not had any experience with Cash data before I tried to make some research. So, I would like to ask a couple of questions based on my previous data analytics experience
- What's the raw data profile? Any problems in feeding the data? How do you circumvent these problems if and/or when occurred?
- How granular and complex is the raw data? What is periodicity?
- Who / what are the data providers?
- Whom do you have to report to?
- What's the HR inventory in the department and the profile? How experienced are they? What's the educational background? What's the employee turnover rate? Is there any career planning program and any promotional capacity? What is the performance system like if there is any?
- Are there any other ongoing projects other than the Cash Data Strategy one?
- What is the publication/dissemination process like? Any automated sub/processes regarding collection, processing, reporting, etc.? Is there any software in-house or outsourced?
- Is there a project management tool? Like MS project
- Is there a teams management tool? Like MS Teams
- Are there any Data analytics tools? like Tableau, Power BI
- Is there going to be a transitional period regarding the basics of the overall job?
