Data Strategy - General

 Data strategy refers to the tools, processes, and rules that define how to manage, analyze, and act upon business data. A data strategy helps you to make informed decisions based on your data. It also helps keep your data safe and compliant. Based on this, I have devised a 3x3 [Tools, Processes, Rules X Manage, Analyze, Act] Data Strategy Matrix to check the components necessary for a design. With the help of this matrix, it is easier to do business analysis and design a data strategy. For instance, an analyst can use the tools-manage cell to write down the basic SoftWare, and HardWare needs to determine the necessary IT sources for data management.
